connection with them or the Website are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai, United
Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction. We may still seek
relief in your place of residence or any relevant jurisdiction for breach or injunctive relief.
15) Time Limit to Bring Claims
Any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Website must be filed within one (1) year
after the cause of action accrues, or it is permanently barred.
16) Waiver & Severability
No waiver of any term is a continuing waiver. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it
will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions
